We had an amazing time in this hotel in the center of the city. Everything was within walking distance - restaurants, shops, and attractions. the room was cozy and clean, and the modern bathroom was a pleasant surprise. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the breakfast spread was plentiful and had a good variety of options. We even enjoyed a nice view from our room overlooking the lively street.
Only downside was the noise from the nearby apartments that woke us up early in the morning.

Location and services were very good. The staff are very efficient and nice.
The parking arrangements are not comfortable. Lack of coffee making facilities or glasses in the room. Knowledge of English of all staff at the reception can be improved.

The staff were kind, courteous and helpful. Mohammed was particularly cheerful and polite in answering questions. The hotel is well located near public transport. I would stay here again.

Great value for money and decent size rooms with modern bathrooms. The hotel was conveniently located next to a busy street, which made it easy to get around the city. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing us with useful information about the area. the hotel provided complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus.

Extremely polite and helpful staff, convenient location in the city centre, cosy interiors, nice breakfast buffet with Italian style coffee.
Comfort of the room could be higher but for the price we paid it was definitely a good choice.

The staff were very friendly and always there to help and answer any questions. The rooms was very well cleaned and spotless. It was quiet at night considering its central location - the location itself is fab too!

Great service and eco, friendly lighting. I stayed in a hotel during my business trip that had fantastic service. the employees were very accommodating and ensured a comfortable stay. the hotel also had eco, friendly lighting, which was a great feature. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to key areas of the city.
Poor room layout and unreliable room keys. On the downside, the room had a poor layout and was not very comfortable.

good breakfast and location. Mohammed (night reception) was really friendly and helpful.
The hair dryer was broken and it was really cold in the bathroom. Very dated hotel but good overall if on a budget.

The location was great and the cost was low. The room was nice, and the breakfast and staff at breakfast and during the day were wonderful.
The night manager checked me in when I arrived at 11:30 one evening. He did not offer any map or details of the area, seemed interested in getting rid of me asap. The tv did not work the 3 days I was there.

We are a family of three, and about the only thing we liked was the central location.
Dislikes: 1) The access elevator. The hotel is on the fourth and fifth floors and to reach it with a stroller/luggage/etc, it was a trying experience. The elevators are very slow (10-15 minute wait several times) and hold two people max. 2) Parking. The parking was on the backside of the hotel, but to reach it was very difficult and would have been impossible without a GPS (I tried). Also, it was in a very, very old, dimly lit, underground gagage--and cost 20 Euro. Not good. 3) The bed and the view. The beds were extremely uncomfortable (and I am in the military, used to sleeping in uncomfortable places), and our view was of an overflowing dumpster. All in all, not worth the money.

Fantastic location in Palermo, friendly and very helpful staff - especially Salvo, the manager. The receptionist gave us a great restaurant recommendation too and advice for seeing the sights. The room had character and overall great value for money.
We booked and paid for a parking space in advance, which was definitely great idea because you need nerves of steel to drive in Palermo. However, it should have been indicated to us that the entrance to the underground car park is accessed from one-way street behind the hotel. But once we arrived the hotel staff were brilliant with helping us park the car. The breakfast could have been more substantial.
